If you are searching for Sequim rental property, you’ve probably had a tough time finding rentals that are available. In 2018, properties for lease seem to be rented almost as soon as they hit the market. (Which makes this a great time to invest in a rental property.) But, if you are looking to rent, keep checking back on my website under the “Rentals” tab. As soon as something new becomes available, it will show up here. Use the “Apply Now” button in the lower right corner of each property box to fill out an application online.
New to Sequim? It’s a unique place with a distinct climate: less rain and more sun than surrounding areas, thanks to the rain shadow of the Olympic Mountains. The Sequim-Dungeness Valley stretches from the foothills of the Olympics to the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Sequim’s claims to fame include the longest natural sand spit in the contiguous United States, and an annual Lavender Festival that draws visitors from around the globe.
