What does Windermere Sunland Property Management do for you, as an owner? The following property management basics explain a little about our services and what is included in our fees.

  • Employ Licensed Real Estate Agents
  • Advertise your property in targeted venues
  • Windermere Real Estate network of offices will be leveraged to increase exposure for your property
  • Paper work will be handled for you, including executing the lease and renewal agreements
  • Rent/Security deposits and monthly rent payments are collected for you
  • A thorough walk-through inspection of your property completed before and after occupancy
  • Interested applicants will be thoroughly screened to include credit, employment, rental history, personal reference and other background checks
  • Oversight of any necessary repairs to maintain the value of your property
  • Monthly and year-end accounting statements along with records of repair and maintenance activities

 

Our Fees:

  • First Months Rent
  • Ten Percent of each Months Rent
  • Three-hundred dollar Maintenance Account
  • Owner is responsible for Home Owner Association Fees
  • Home Owner is Responsible for Landscape Maintenance. Unless otherwise agreed upon.
